Continental U.S. Shipping Rates:
We normally ship UPS. US Shipments to APO's must be shipped via USPS and may require additional postage. Please inquire for rates. All instruments are sent signature required - no exceptions. (This is an insurance requirement.) Domestic shipments require a street address for delivery. Please email us if you are placing an international order for accessories and we will give you a shipping quote.

PLEASE NOTE:  MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR  SOMEONE TO RECEIVE YOUR GUITAR OR CONTACT UPS AT 1-800-PICK-UPS TO REQUEST RE-DELIVERY TO AVOID HAVING THE DRIVER LEAVE YOUR GUITAR UNATTENDED.  UPS DOES  NOT CONSIDER ITSELF RESPONSIBLE  FOR PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AS DELIVERED BY THE DRIVER, EVEN WHEN WE REQUEST A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY!

International Shipping Rates:
We ship UPS Worldwide Expedited overseas. Shipping to non-US addresses may vary based on destination. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped.

The minimum shipping charge is $19 for international accessory orders.

Duties and Taxes:
International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

Shipping Timeline:
Orders usually ship the same day in stock guitars are ordered. If you have questions about specific shipping times please contact us.

Call In Orders:
You can also choose to checkout on our site and call in your credit card information during the phone hours listed on the front page of this site. Outside the US call 001-239-530-7425. You may mail payments as well.

Trades and Consignments:
Quoted trade values are estimates only and will be finalized upon receipt of your instrument and our evaluation of its condition.  Consignments start at 15%.  We have a $300 minimum net commission. 
PLEASE NOTE:YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE ON GUITARS YOU SHIP TO US.

Custom Shop and Special Order Guitars:
A 30-50% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom shop, special order and control number orders.
Please note: Custom shop, special order and control number guitars are not cancelable or returnable.


Return Policy:
We offer a 72-hour approval period on new instruments.  If an instrument is to be returned you must contact us within 72 hours after the instrument was delivered and request return authorization. The instrument must be in route back to us the first business day after the 72 hours expires. You will be responsible for insured return shipping by UPS or FedEx only. In the event of a return, you will be charged for the outbound shipping even if it was included with your purchase.  If an instrument is not returned in the same condition as received, additional clean-up fees may be assessed.
 
WE DO NOT CHARGE RESTOCKING FEES.

Instruments that have been physically altered (strap buttons, pickups, etc.) are not returnable.
